On 23 May, 2010, Postulant Martin O'Connor was welcomed into the community as Br. Joseph. He received the white habit and scapular of the novice.

Dom Elias presided at the ceremony. Br. Gerlac, as prior, assisted.

Br. Joseph officially enters the novitiate for a two-year period.
