On 11 July, 2010, the Feast of St. Benedict, Br. Lawrence Morey took his Solemn Profession, making him a permanent member of the community of Gethsemani.

The profession took place during the mass. Dom Elias Dietz presided and accepted Br. Lawrence into the community.

Many of Br. Lawrence's family and friends were able to be present. It was a joyous occasion for everyone.
