The Notre Dame Folk Choir performed in the Abbey Church on the
evening of 9 January 2010.
They sang a number of sacred works, many of them with a
Christmas theme.
Three of the numbers were compositions of Fr. Chrysogonus Waddell
who had a long association with the choir, including a joint
recording session resulting in the CD Wisdom My Road.
The choir graces the abbey with their presence every two years
or so, taking time from their Christmas vacation for a spiritual
retreat. Each time they come, they perform a concert which
leaves all who attend with a smile on their faces and a tune in
their hearts.
